Free trial

Every new Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your dashboard or the pricing page — it takes a few seconds and no phone call is needed. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of your current trial or paid billing period, and no further payments are taken.

Refunds

If you're charged after your trial and request a refund within 14 days of that first payment, you can receive a full refund. For any other payment issue, including a duplicate or unauthorised charge, contact Paddle for help. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Your statutory rights are unaffected: under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital subscriptions, and refunds for faulty service are always honoured.
